To inform Jaguar Land Rover employees of new changes brought about by the new Jaguar Land Rover Way knowledge portal, five ‘snapshot’ videos were designed in the browser-based video tool Vyond.
The purpose of a snapshot is to inform the user at a high-level of the process, environment and systems changes in a short animated video. These snapshots were uploaded into a module on the Articulate Rise Learning Management System, which was shared among relevant employees as mandatory learning. Additional eLearning courses were designed in Articulate Rise, which explained the changes in more detail.
